Faculty and full-time students are expected to be current AIB members at the time of the conference.
If you are currently an AIB member, but your membership expires before November 1, 2026, then you must renew your membership while you register for the conference. To renew your AIB membership or join for the first time, submit your online application to AIB World; https://www.aib.world/membership/. Faculty membership: $120; Full-time students: $40.

Conference Cancellations/Refunds 
Refunds will be processed on an individual case basis. There will be a $50 processing fee for cancellations before September 15, 2026. No refund will be issued for cancellations after September 15, 2026, or for no-shows.

Travel Information

By Air: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is the closest airport to Suffolk University. Taxis, rideshare, and public transportation are available from the airport.
By T: Suffolk’s downtown campus is easily accessible by the MBTA via the Red, Green, Orange, and Blue Lines. The closest stations are Park Street, State Street, Downtown Crossing and Government Center, all within a short walk of campus.
By Car: The conference will be held at Suffolk University’s Sargent Hall, 120 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02108. Several public parking garages are available within walking distance. Please allow extra time for downtown traffic and parking.
